• You can most certainly use the Unifying Receiver only to connect your PC to the MX Master 3.

• Yes, but it comes with a Logitech unified receiver (and if you have a Logitech keyboard, they can use a single one.

• it comes with a wireless USB dongle. Bluetooth not needed.
