• Been a Logitech fan for yrs and so far even the very Cheap Wireless ones come w/ a Logitech Unifying Receiver Including this one.

• Yes, it does come with a USB wireless dongle. BUT, there's no place to store it within the body of the mouse.

• If you are referring to a Logitech usb unifying receiver, the answer is yes. I have two Logitech mice that were picked up when I enabled my MX Master 3. Upon installing the Logitech software, Logitech prompted if I would like to use only 1 usb receiver vs two. Additionally, the software does allow you to pair the MX Master 3 to the receiver if needed.
