Yes the center wheel does click in similar to the anywhere 2s. I have both these mice and enjoy them both. The difference in the feel is the 2S has a deeper cavity to hit the click versus the MX Master. I do like the more shallow click in the MX Master vs the anywhere 2s.

Typically, arrows indicate on the mouse face, if the click exists and this mouse appears to NOT feature those arrow indicators.
