Yes, while the MX Master 3S for Mac is optimized for macOS, it will still function with Windows. However, it will operate as a basic mouse, and the special function keys and some of the advanced features designed for macOS might not work as intended.

It is a bluetooth mouse. It will work with Windows. Honestly, only difference I can discern when it is "for Mac" is that it comes with a USB-C (on both sides) charging cable, instead of one side being USB-A.
