I regret getting the white one for work! You can definitely see the stains over by the thumb portion. It surprised me because I’m the type to wash my hands throughout the day, but excluding that, the mouse is amazing.

Thr color of mine is dark gray. It does show wear or dirt, I don't expect dirt or wear to be an issue.

Cleanliness is good. Holds up against stains or buildup of dirt/oils. Easy to wipe off as needed.
