“I am looking at a new keyboard for my desk I currently have a Macbook (Docked) and a Gaming PC. It is getting crowded on my desk with multiple mice and keyboards. Would this keyboard work well with gaming? Can the keyboard work in a wired connection also?”

Latency ('lag time') is an unavoidable side effect of wireless. They're OUTSTANDING for benign, administrative stuff (typing, numpad...). Not for things that require guaranteed fast response without lag.
