• This is definitely a full size mouse which can be used for any application. Could easily be used with a laptop as well, though there are more compact models that would be better suited for travel.

• While you may use this mouse with a laptop, it IS full-sized (about 5" long). The nice thing is that you can use this on most any surface, even glass.

• its pretty big if you ask me.. I use it with my laptop but its much bigger than my old mouse.

• No. I use both of mine with laptops. It is a full size mouse. One of the main reasons I bought it. I hate those small "mice".

• Works perfect with desktop or laptop. You don't need a mouse pad so it's fine on the go. Does have a rechargeable battery but it lasts a while so shouldn't be a problem.

• No. It's not small. It's the like 5 in long and 3 in wide. But it's convenient, especially with the small USB dongle.

• This is definitely a large size mouse but the functionality makes you forget how large it is when you travel with it. I too was concerned about its size but I quickly forgot about it because I didn't want to be without it.
