• Yes, the USB reciever is inside the mouse under a removable cover. Just plug in the reciever to any of your PC's USB type A ports and it will automatically connect. Just flip the power switch on the mouse to on.

• Mine came charged straight out of the box. But it charges super quick. After a week of use, I charge it from 66 to 90ish in about 30 minutes
