Using Logitech’s “Logitech Unifying Software”, which is freely avalible from their site, one can pair multiple wireless Logitech devices (to a limit) to a single unified reciever. The devices will be able to work simultaniously.

This presenter is not programmable. Only one receiver comes with it

Highly doubtful. If that is what you are looking for, I would suggest using 2 different remotes. Just plug both of them into 2 different USB ports and it should work similarly to what you are wanting.
