• Not sure because the plug-in is 3.5 mm which is what a tablet or computer uses. I use the speakers on my tablet.

• probably not. It's not meant for a tv and I don't think tvs have the same speaker jacks as do computers. IF your tv does then sure (but I doubt it). These are very small speakers made for computers.
