• Yes so it can pair with any Bluetooth capable PC. It also has its own USB adapter, which is what I have been using (which may also be pre-paired Bluetooth, but I did not research it, and does not seem to matter during use).

• It is Bluetooth and also bomes with a dongle (receiver) if you don't want to use Bluetooth.
