“I purchased this item a few days ago and still can not get it to pair up with my iPad 9. I click on slim folio in settings and receive a code to type into my folio keyboard. Nothing happens..can anyone give me suggestions? If not..I’ll have to return it.”

• When you get the PIN number to pair with your iPad, type in the number on your slim folio and press the enter key. The directions does not explicitly say this.

• Hey! If your iPad requests a PIN, enter it using the keyboard (not on your iPad) and then press the Enter/Return key. The keyboard will show connected and the status indicator will turn solid blue once it is connected successfully.
