Hello, yes I have had similar issues so I recently purchased the Logitech - T630 Ultrathin Optical touch Mouse and its the best purchase ever. The unique design is extremely comfortable and I have had no pain or any other issues with this mouse. I highly recommend it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can't say for sure, but it is very sensitive to movement, and the movement required to scroll (where most mouses have wheels, this only requires a light movement over the middle of the top of the mouse with the tip of you finger) is very easy.

Your positioning -- elbow higher than your wrist, with the heel of your hand on your desk, wrist bending to tilt your hand up or out to the side -- is the cause. If you're looking for a new wireless mouse, I recommend the Logitech - T630 Ultrathin Optical Touch Mouse, but you'll hold / use it in the same manner you use your current mouse. Holding the mouse between your thumb and ring finger, and your pointer and index fingers arched with your finger tips resting on the right and left buttons. You need a mouse pad with a wrist rest or anything that you can place under your wrist that will help keep your arm (from elbow to hand) in alignment. I recommend a wrist pad for use with your keyboard as well, if your positioning is the same when you type.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, I don't think this mouse will help with that at all. I have a touch of it myself and the only thing I have found that gives relief is to use a vertical mouse when seated at work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No pain. This is a fantastic mouse for people with hand or wrist problems. It's so low profile that you can place your hand or wrist in any comfortable angle and use it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have CTS that required surgery and these touchpad mice are a mixed bag. If you do a lot of highlighting and copying and pasting work, this mouse will cause more pain. For web browsing, however, these mice work very well with the use of gestures. I use both an ergonomic mouse and a touchpad. I use a MS sculpt mouse for most finer detail work and this touchpad when I'm just browsing the web.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This mouse is very flat. But the bottom line is that even if this mouse works better for you at first your pain is not going away due to this mouse. It will only be a temporary fix. See a doctor or therapist to fix the problem it self. Good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this mouse is flat , my suggestion would be try the Microsoft arch which I feel would help you
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this problem and solved it by abandoning mice and using a trackball from Logitech. It takes a short time to get used to and my wife hates it (maybe that's a good thing). It also helped my shoulder which believe it or not, the mice were irritating from all the clicking.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. For the most part your wrist and hand remain straight while in use.
