Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did have a problem with the initial Type + I received. It did not work. Brought it to the Geeks, with receipt, and they replaced it. The original did not seem to charge, and the light on the upper right hand of the keyboard did not light when I positioned the iPad on the keyboard. The replacement works fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First things first ensure the bluetooth is on and is connecting to the ipad. I find sometimes I have to double tap into the box I want to type in to start typing from the keyboard. Hope this helps!
