When you connect the keyboard by Bluetooth it automatically acts as the keyboard so it shouldn't pop on the screen. When you lay it on the keyboard and Bluetooth is connected it won't pop up anymore.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a button above the number 5 on the keyboard. It looks like a mini keyboard. If you press it, the keyboard will appear on the screen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you use it flat the keyboard will show up but there is a magnetic strip I presume above the keyboard that allows the keyboard to be used. If you are doing that and it is still not working then you may not have the bluetooth activated on your device. Go into your settings and confirm you are connected to the keyboard via bluetooth.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would make sure that the keyboard is completely charged, then be sure that it sincs well with your iPad. The indicator light should change from green to blue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once the bluetooth kicks in, the on-screen keyboard should disappear. This sometimes takes a second or two, but I've never had a problem getting the iPad to recognize the keyboard.
