change the keyboard settings in the settings menue. I needed a US-English keyboard for my Germany bought I pad. At first there seemed to be no changes despite changed settings. I switched the I pad off and rebooted. It works perfectly since, apparently it also works if you take the iPad out of the logitech cover, but this did not do the trick for me.

I write in German and English, my Logitech keypad is a QWERTY keyboard, so I do need to remember the difference between the English and German keyboards, if I don't want to use the touchscreen keyboard.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I belive you will need to select the German keyboard in your iOS settings. This is located under Settings / General / Keyboard / Keyboards / Add a new keyboard.
