1) Pull the plastic tab out of the battery slot. This is a thin, clear piece of plastic with arrows on it, indicating you should pull it out of the slot to connect the battery. 2) Turn the keyboard ON via the switch on the RH side. It's the slider switch. If you look closely, the switch reveals either a red or green background depending which direction it's moved. Green is ON. The light on the keyboard should turn blue, and will flash until you get the bluetooth connection set up. 3) Go in to Settings on the iPad, and under Bluetooth, ensure it is ON. If not, turn it on. The iPad should search for and detect the keyboard. Once the pairing is successful, the light on the keyboard will turn green.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The keyboard activates magnetically when you set the iPad on it. Pretty cool feature, actually.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just make sure you have the magnetic side of your iPad sitting in the slot. You'll know you do when you hear a little click. That should turn on the light and recognize your iPad. Make sure you charged the case for at least an hour and a half. Also make sure bluetooth is on in your general settings.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Very simply, just open the case and allow air 2 to be held by magnet at the top of.the keyboard. The air 2 never falls at all.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just made sure my iPad Air 2 Bluetooth was on after installing it in the case & then pushed the little "pairing" button on the keyboard - I think it's the teeny one by the keyboard's USB port.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I automatically activates when you slide the iPad into place.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to turn on Bluetooth on the iPad and it will link.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Press any key on the keyboard and the iPad will wake. If it doesn't, your Bluetooth isn't paired, keyboard battery is dead or bluetooth is turned off on the iPad (easy to do - consider that Airplane Mode turns off Bluetooth by default).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn on the Bluetooth on your iPad. If it's already on, turn it off and on again. (Under settings) hope this helps ;)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once you turn on your Bluetooth on your iPad, a prompt will appear to enter your passcode. Your passcode will appear in a separate window. Just write it down or memorize it and go back to the prompt, then on your keyboard, enter the passcode then press Enter and that will activate your keyboard. You will not see the actual passcode as you're typing it out, but the iPad will still register it and complete the command to pair it. Hope this helps.
