“I see no where that tells me what the case is composed of - can you provide. I am concerned about how long it will last.”

The case itself is well made and the keyboard works well. The problem is with the clips that hold the iPad in place. Those are cheap plastic and last less than 3 months, resulting in the iPad slipping out. I know this because I am on my third attempt to try and make it work. I'm done with it and won't be getting another one.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The cover is a matte vinyl which is durable and easy to clean. The keyboard itself is a pretty standard looking keyboard, of black rigid plastic. The clips which hold the Ipad in place are rigid plastic, and hold the ipad securely. They seem fairly durable to me, and I have had no problems with it so far!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It has a cloth outer cover and plastic inside holding the iPad. i think it is very durable and have not had any problems with mine. Not that I am overly rough with it but i routinely toss it on the dash of my car and have suffered no damage to the case, keyboard or iPad

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know the exact materials however I can tell you that this is a solid case and the parts that hold the iPad in place are much more durable plastics than previous versions. Highly recommend this one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is like a very hard plastic. It doubles as an i pad protective case. I do not worry about i pad damage with this protective cover . I expect it will last many years. As long as it doesn't get abused.
