• I have an iPad Air. I believe the Air2 is thinner. While it might fit in the case, it most likely will not stay clipped into the case. I would take you iPad into the store and test it there.

• Get the correct case for your iPad model. iPad Air requires different case than iPad Air2. Position of microphone and thickness of iPad are different on the Air and Air2. My wife has Logitech keyboard case for iPad Air. I have Logitech keyboard case for iPad Air2. Cases are not interchangeable.
