• From all information this should work. You will need to download the Logitech unifying software and follow the software instructions. 1. Download and install the software (may need a reboot afterwards) 2. Power off the M570 3. Plug in the unifying dongle and wait for the operating system to initialize it. 4. Launch the Logitech software and follow the guided setup. 5. Turn on the M570 and the software will connect to the device and everything should be working. If not turn off the M570 again and repeat steps 4 & 5. If it still doesn’t work then it could be a firmware issue on the m570 and/or the operating system didn’t recognize it properly. Try unplugging and plugging the dongle again. 6. Close out the Logitech setup program. Hopefully, at this point everything is working and you are a happier user.
