• No, it will not. If the keyboard does not have the Unifying (star) logo on it, on the bottom side, then it will NOT work and be compatible with the modern-day Unifying Receiver. It turns out that the K270 of yesteryear may have been included in a mouse+keyboard set, and they had their own, proprietary dongle, not the Unifying type, unfortunately.
