The speakers come with the necessary cords. One male from speaker to computer and another male from same speaker that connects to second speaker.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can plug any 3.5mm male cord into the front and you will have sound. So for example you have a DVD player and you want speakers for it. Use an RCA male to 3.5mm male cable. Plug the red and white RCA cables into the DVD player and the male 3.5mm end into the front of the speakers, Voilà sound.
