I don't think are what you are looking for. These speakers are meant for a home office , bedroom, or possibly living room not a large gym.

These already have poor boomy audio quality which would just sound worse in a larger space. I recommend you look for physically larger speakers. Think of like an old school boom box. I believe Sony still makes those.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure I understand how these speakers will help with recording but I would think a gymnasium would be too large of a space for these 10-1/2" speakers, they're better suited for desk use.
