“Will this work with a headset? Not headphones, a headset where it has the headphones and a mic in one piece. Right now, my speakers aren't capable of that and am trying to find some that are.”

You'd have to plug the mic part in to your computer separately. I'm not aware of any speakers that have a mic through port or support a 4pole phone style headset.

There are Jacks in front of speaker for headphone and music, I have not used an all in one mic/headphone for gaming.

A connection for headphones/earbuds, but it's redundant as I am needing something to amplify.

These speakers are for output only and not for accepting input from a microphone. If your computer has an input separate? These are fine for nice stereo sound for a great price.
