“Is sound suppose to come out of both speakers. When I hook them up, I am only getting sound out of the left speaker”

Hello, thank you so much for the question. Sound is supposed to come from both speakers. We recommend double checking to see that there is a secure connection to your device. If that still doesn't fix the issue, you most likely have a faulty pair. Two things you can do. One, you can return and exchange it for a new one back at the store. Or, you can also fill out a warranty ticket and wait for one of our Support Specialists to reach back out to you to get the issue resolved.
