“Why no screen or grille over the speakers? I'm thinking about cats, spills & other accidents that can happen at times. B.B. did not have a display model set up. They had another model that was a close model number & they sounded terrible.”

The Z207's open design is for aesthetics and potentially better sound. However, it leaves them vulnerable to dust, spills, and pets. Consider regular cleaning and protective measures if you're concerned.
