“So I have a regular PC not a laptop. I just moved everything around and had to unplug everything from my PC. I've plugged the green subwoofer cord into the green port on the back of the computer but i'm not sure how to get the 2 small speakers working?”

The green plug on the back goes to your computer. The 2 small speakers plug into a black stereo mini jack on the back of the subwoofer. Look at the metal plate on the back of the subwoofer; that's where you plug the satellite speakers in.

The left inside flap of the box, that the speaker system came packed in, has a 3 step illustration, that will guide you through the assembly. Look at the back of the woofer, and steps 1 & 2 to orient yourself, to where everything is plugged into. Then press the timer button. The green light should illuminate, then slowly rotate the thumb wheel, on the semi-circular shaped speaker control, to your desired sound level. I have a separate headset, that has it's own volume control, that I plug into the bottom of the speaker control, for private listening. I attached a picture of the inside flap, in case you don't have the box. Good luck !
