“No sound from speaker. Headphone jack works , but not speaker, why”

• Did you make sure the little green light is on, on the little black control deal on one of the wires, its a off on switch for sound and can also control volume if you want to.

• Try uninstalling and reinstalling the audio driver of your computer. Try plugging the speaker system in your phone or other device to see if the system is powered up and working.

• Some shorts somewhere? Did you plug the 3.5 mm to the back of subwoofer or somewhere else? User error?
