You should probably remove any cables near the subwoofer because I guess there is something sensitive inside that is affected by the electromagnetic field of the cables. For me this did the trick and the perpetrator was the psu cable.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The subwoofer probably does this if you have your phone close to the 3.5mm plug. The high pitch noise is the amplifier picking up another signal.
