Yes, with a 3.5mm Audio Jack (both male). Plugged from speaker to your dualshock.

Yes, you can. If you are using them at a desk like I am, you could simply plug the 3.5mm cable into your monitor and connect them that way (assuming your monitor has that connector). There are other ways to hook it up but that's my setup.
