After plugging them in, it connected to my computer (windows 10) without any problems. Did you turn the volume control knob on? There is a light that illuminates when turned on. Other than that, they work fine.

They dont show up as speakers though, my computer reads them as headphones. They work just fine for me despite my computers chosen classification for them, and if they do sound irregular, then I simply utilize the available audio options to customize the sound quality. I assume your computer can tell when there is an audio device connected to it?
