Considering that the advertised maximum wattage being 400 it should be a safe bet.

It should be able to if your alternator and electrical system can handle it. But that is if you are getting the "true" rated power out of the inverter. I would not use these speakers for that application though. For just a little more you can buy a paired sub/amp/tweeter package.

Not sure why you would want to use these speakers. Your system would immediately toast these little speakers. They're made for PC's. Keep shopping.

I have no idea, I have them connected to my computer. And, I love the speakers very powerful!
