“The last set of these that I purchased has very bad distortion when you turn the volume knob. It is so bad, I'm afraid this distortion is going to blow the speakers. I have to turn them off to make volume adjustments. Can I get this repaired or replaced?”

Sounds like defective, you have a manufacturer warranty, use it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would look to see if they are under warranty. Id like to belive that you have a defective set. I own 3 sets of these speakers one on mine and my wifes pc and one on my tv in family room and none of them have that issue. Hope that helps
