I have a manfrotto tripod and it holds it well. Haven’t had an issue since. It can’t get heavy with it on though

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.maybe not a full size tripod but a smaller one that is about the length of the camera bag would be fine. The bag has a little pull out flap on the bottom that hold the tripod legs and supports the weight of the tripod if you were to attache it on the front of the bag.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. The cords do not support all the weight of the tripod. The weight is supported by a pocket on the bottom of the pack. The pocket extends down below the backpack leaving plenty of room for even the largest collapsible tripod.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the legs fit in a foldout pocket at the bottom of the backpack. The pocket holds the weight of the tripod and the bungees hold the tripod tight to the face if the backpack.
