I think if you remove or tuck in the carry strap, it should fit in your purse just fine!

Yes, it will fit as long as your purse is bigger than 6.1 inches depth, 6.7 inches width and 7.5 inches height-wise.

It works great in my wife's purse. You can take the strap off so it doesn't yank your keys and other stuff out of your purse when you pull it out.
