• Thank you for your inquiry. Our products are manufactured in compliance with US and Canadian electrical standards; as such they are 120v and have a 2-pin polarized plug. Further, we do not recommend use of our product with adapters and converters which are considered an unauthorized modification of the product under paragraph 2 of our warranty and will void the warranty. Use of such devices or use of this product in locations with different electrical specifications may result in damage to the product. We apologize for the inconvenience.
