“I have downloaded Malwarebytes again after a few years on Lyrica. I KEEP getting an Annoying popup staying it has blocked access to a pup. 500+ in three days. Intrusive and irritating to say the least. Any way to stop this? Wasnt like his before”

so you must have had a adware on your system, the attack vector for adware usually is web browsers, surfing unsafe websites, or what is called "Potentially Unwanted Program". so you have a malicious softare and Malwarebytes engine was letting you know to takecare of it. you can suppress the notification in malware bytes but that is not good, instead takecare of bad software and remove it from your PC.
