The price for this, and almost anything else, really depends on the manufacturer. As of right now, the MSRP of this unit is still $4,999. The only reason why it may go up in cost in the future would be due to inflation, tariff increases, or, in rare cases individual product enhancements, such as the recent inclusion of 8K HDMI support on this unit. At that point, any MSRP adjustments would depend entirely on Marantz. Hope this helps.
