Hello. The Marantz CD 50n can operate as a Bluetooth transmitter and stream its non-Bluetooth audio sources out to most Bluetooth headphones types, or a Bluetooth speaker. The CD50n's analog & digital outputs will be muted when using Bluetooth Transmitter mode. As the CD50n is a CD player, it operates as a source component only. This means an amplifier/receiver with speakers is required to complete the system.
