Hello, The Stereo 70S has plenty of features, but the Model 50 has more audiophile credentials on board. The Model 50 has higher quality power supplies which allow it to support a wider range of loudspeaker options - in particular models which have more challenging loads. Higher grade components are also found in the circuitry of the Model 50 which results in a greater level of sonic detail.
