• This is kind of a trick question... because just like any other Bluetooth device, yes, you can adjust the volume from your phone without touching the speaker, but it still remains at the level it was at on the actual speak itself...

• Usually, yes, it is possible to adjust the volume of the audio through your phone however this won't adjust the physical dial on the speaker.
