No, you cannot really snap your fingers. You can articulate all the fingers and you can almost snap them, but not quite.

Nope. In fact, my 9 year old could barely pull the rings that manipulate the fingers. I’m 55, and even I am having difficulty. They do have a lock feature once you close into a fist. The only other thing it does is light up and make a sound when you hit the mind stone. So fingers up and fingers clenched are all you can expect; except for the various rude gestures.
