I honestly bought a 30 series and never got anything either. I asked online customer service, they just left chat. Literally said they can’t help and left chat. I’ll have to call and see what I can figure out.

Please try again later.I did have the same issue too, I have it on my receipt and when I did chat with customer service they said I need to call, and when I called they said it was an ended promotion and we can't give you an activation code or what so ever. just wonder why you have it on your website and receipt as well
