“My last 2 microwaves vented to the front. Manual only indicates install with a rear or roof vent. Customer service says it can recirculate but I don't see instructions and she can't give me the evidence it can recirculate. Please advise.”

Hello DBinFM! This model is manufactured to recirculate. There is no modification needed to the Microwave for this. Modification is only needed if the appliance is going to be vented through the rear or roof. We hope this helps.
