“I have bought this refrigerator (but not here yet) and was wondering if it rolls or is it stationary? If it's stationary, how are you suppose to clean around and under it? Will it scratch the floor if it doesn't roll?”

All you have to do it turn it to the right until it grips the floor. Turning it left opens it up and takes the grip off the floor so you can move it. These are also used for leveling.
