• Under dishwasher care, there is a section to remove Hard Water/Filming: It states to "use a monthly maintenance product such as Affresh Dishwasher Cleaner"

• It should. We bought with SS interior for specifically that reason even though we have a softner and additional filters for iron. Lifespan for a DW is now only 10-12 years.
