QuestionThe installer guys said not to use dishwasher powder with this machine. Is that correct? I thought I could use powder, liquid, or the pacs.

- Answer Same with my installer. I didn’t purchase mine at Best Buy. But he said avoid pods, use powder or liquid. Because pods can ruin the dishwasher.

QuestionIt says the cutout needs to be 34” tall but the unit is 34-1/2” tall. That obviously wouldn’t fit. What is the actual unit height
