“The installer guys said not to use dishwasher powder with this machine. Is that correct? I thought I could use powder, liquid, or the pacs.”

• Same with my installer. I didn’t purchase mine at Best Buy. But he said avoid pods, use powder or liquid. Because pods can ruin the dishwasher.
