A:AnswerI would double-check the "rinse aid" compartment to make sure it's not low or empty. We are used to a little bit of water on some dishes, but it's usually a very small amount.
A:AnswerI couldn't understand why it would note in the specifications that it had a delay, if it didn't. In better light, I was able to read the fine print under the Sani Rinse button that says 4 hour delay, hold the button for 3 seconds. It worked! So this model does have a delay start! Just a little confusing that it doesn't have a separate button like my previous dishwashers.
A:AnswerHello JRS, the powder detergents would go in the same pre wash compartment on the dispenser. For the Rinse Aid if it is completely empty that can be normal yes. We hope this helps.
A:AnswerYes. This model contains: Dual Power Filtration - Industry-exclusive Dual Power Filtration combines 100% microfiltration and a 4-blade stainless steel chopper to filter out then disintegrate any food in its path.
