• A:Answer No, complete easy-to- understand instructions. My recent one didn't set up right (it happens) so I called customer support and they helped me, talked me through the process.

Q: QuestionWhy will you not even acknowledge questions about the cost of monitoring? I know it is variable big time, but not even an a smart alek response or I don't know "How about answering the question???" I will not use Guardian Medical Alert.
