- Answer Via website The Medical Guardian standard home alert system, Classic Guardian, costs $29.95 per month. This is billed quarterly or annually. If paid quarterly, the bill comes to $89.85 each quarter. Customers paying on an annual basis can receive an extra month of service for free.

- Answer No, complete easy-to- understand instructions. My recent one didn't set up right (it happens) so I called customer support and they helped me, talked me through the process.

QuestionWhy will you not even acknowledge questions about the cost of monitoring? I know it is variable big time, but not even an a smart alek response or I don't know "How about answering the question???" I will not use Guardian Medical Alert.
